Châtel ski resort thanks you sincerely for your confidence and hope to see you very soon in its mountains. Everybody is united with this situation. Take care of you and your relatives.
In order to respect the instructions of the government, here are the measures to be applied:
In order to find out the information you need about your stay and village life, we advised you to contact the different main services below either by phone or by mail.
Further to the different French government announces about the stopping measures to put strictly in application, the resort organises its services as follows :
Ski area : - The resort is closed from now on, no ski lift will be open to the public. - The staff of the lift ticket offices is at your disposal to answer any commercial question. - Information : +33(0)4 50 73 35 98 or by email firstname.lastname@example.org
Tourist Office : - The tourist office is open to answer to the questions about your stay - Information : +33(0)4 50 73 22 44 or by email email@example.com
Townhall and other public services: - To contact the townhall to answer to your questions from now on: +33(0)4 50 73 23 98 or by email firstname.lastname@example.org - The following services are closed: - All children services - Library, La Vieille Douane/Smugglering museum - The other townhall services will be at your disposal either by email or by phone.
- The post office will be closed on Tuesday 17 March and Thursday 19 March.
Other activities : - The aquatic centre is closed - C L’Aventure children playground is closed - The bars and restaurants are closed - The children holidays centres are closed - The hotels welcoming holidaymakers are closed - The indoor parking place at the church square is open and free of charge - The sport shops remain open so that you can bring back the skis you have rented. - The shuttles network is progressively stopping. - All other activities and leisure equipments and places are closed. You practice open-air activities under your own responsability. - Food shops, petrol station and banks, health services and pharmarcy remain open.

Bonjour - on a sad morning in Chatel after yesterday evening’s announcement of closure of the ski area, along with the closure of non essential shops, cafes, restaurants etc.
