27/01/2020: Today's Updates... Day 47...


The precipitation has arrived, currently wet in the village as expected with an air temperature of close to 4C. Next update - early in the morning.


Dry, cloudy and fairly mild here in Chatel at the moment with a temp around 6C.

The weather is slowly closing in here in Chatel and it looks as though we are still on course for the first significant snowfall of 2020... more on this during the evening. In the meantime, a couple of photos from lunchtime...

Update: 1.30pm: Overnight snowfall brought up to 6cm to the village - with less on other surfaces and alot of it has now thawed at this elevation. It was interesting to see more snow a few miles away
