27/04/2020: Confinement Continues...

Under normal circumstances, today should have marked the end of the 2019/20 snow season, however, this season has been far from normal!

Yesterday saw the first notable precipitation since the resort shut back in mid-March, with some heavy rain at times. There has been no measurable snowfall on the ski area for nearly 7 weeks, so if the resort had been open, snow conditions would have been mixed - but the weather on most days would have been beautiful.

As the mountains are still closed to all - the rules state we can go no higher than 100m above where we live - we'll have to wait a little bit longer before we can get some photos from higher up, so the next update will be when the confinement is eased.

Once access to the mountains is restored, the plan is to update the page 2 to 3 times a week, with photos from across the area.
