29/01/2019: Today's Updates... 6.00pm...

6.00pm:

The skies cleared this morning and conditions on the ski area were fantastic, after the recent snowfalls and the nice top up of the previous evening. The snow was dry and powdery and generally blissful, though the 0c isotherm did rise this afternoon, making some sunnier off piste slopes a little heavier - but overall it has been great. The cloud cover has increased during the second half of the afternoon and we now await a new series of snowfalls, the first of which is set to arrive later this evening. We should have a nice fresh covering of snow in the village overnight, which we'll report on early tomorrow morning.

End of the day on Barbossine.
